For Home windows Vista customers:
1. Navigate to Begin menu after which select Management Panel;
2. Select “View community standing and duties” possibility below “Community and Web”
three. Choose “view standing” within the center
four. Choose Properties
5. Uncheck “QoS Packet Scheduler ” after which select OK
6. Open Activity Supervisor by urgent Ctrl+Alt+Delete key after which select “Begin Activity Supervisor”
7. Within the Home windows Activity Supervisor, select “Functions” tab-
eight. Choose “New Activity…”
9. Within the pop-up window, kind: gpedit.msc after which choose OK
10. Within the Native Group Coverage Editor window, click on “Laptop Configuration”
11. In the appropriate facet window, double click on “Administrative Templates” to open this folder
